Tuition Teacher Arrested For Allegedly Beating Up Student, 4, In Kerala

Kochi:

A tuition instructor has been arrested by Palluruthy police in Kochi for allegedly beating up a four-year outdated pupil for not finding out correctly.

Police on Thursday arrested 30-year outdated Akhil after a case was registered underneath numerous provisions of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Juvenile Justice (JJ) Act, on the premise of a criticism from the kid’s dad and mom.

“A case has been registered underneath Part 324 and 506 of IPC and Part 75 of the JJ Act. We obtained the criticism on June 22 and arrested him yesterday. He has been remanded,” police mentioned.

The criticism alleged that the schooling instructor had brutally overwhelmed up the boy and even threatened his mom in case she approached the police.

A case has been registered underneath Part 324 (voluntarily inflicting damage) and 506 (prison intimidation of the IPC and Part 75 of the Juvenile Justice Act (Punishment for cruelty to baby).
