Eligibility Criteria for AUB’s Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program

For eligibility for AUB’s Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program, consider the following points:

  1. Required Languages: English
  2. Eligible Countries: Egypt, Lebanon, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, Sudan, Libya, Somalia, Djibouti, Mauritania, Comoros, and other African countries.
  3. Graduate scholarships are available to nationals of Africa, Lebanon, and refugees and displaced individuals residing in Lebanon.
  4. Selection and admission criteria include academic promise, financial disadvantage, leadership potential, and commitment to community service.
  5. Submission of official university transcript(s) for all academic levels.
  6. Completion of the Graduate Application form (available online).
  7. Submission of two recommendation letters.
  8. English proficiency tests such as IELTS or TOEFL are mandatory.
  9. For the MBA program, GMAT scores are required.
  10. Some majors at the Faculty of Arts and Sciences may require GRE scores.
  11. Application fees of $50 or L.L.75,000 apply.
